Who we are

Hartwell & Kessler is an architecture and interior design studio. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean the studio, and “you” means anyone who visits this website or contacts us through it.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we receive the details you enter in the form: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, and what you tell us about your project. We also receive basic technical data from your browser, such as device type and pages visited, through the hosting platform.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, to prepare a proposal if you ask for one and to run a project with you once we work together. We do not use them for advertising and we never sell them.

Cookies

This website uses only the cookies it needs to work. If we add analytics in the future, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.

Who we share it with

Your details are seen only by the studio team. We share them with outside parties, such as engineers or contractors on your project, only when the work requires it and only with your agreement. The website is hosted by Webflow, which processes form submissions on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted after twelve months. Project records are kept for as long as the law requires us to keep them.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted or to stop us using it. Write to us and we will answer within thirty days.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be explained here before they take effect.
