Do you work outside Portugal?
Yes. Most of our houses are built abroad. We visit every site before we draw anything, wherever it is.
How many projects do you take on?
Around four houses a year, so that both partners can lead every project from the first visit to the last detail.
What happens after I get in touch?
We arrange a call to understand the brief, then visit the site together. Only after that visit do we send a proposal.
Do you only design new houses?
No. We also take on renovations of existing houses and interiors-only projects.
How long does a house take?
Usually two to three years from the first visit to moving in: about a year of design and permits, then twelve to eighteen months of construction.
How are your fees set?
We agree a fee for each stage of the work and send a full proposal after the site visit, once we understand the scope.
